Purpose of the event:

 – to discuss guarantees and mechanisms for exercising property rights in specific conditions (military conflicts, occupation, annexation of territories, combat actions, antiterrorist operations, establishment of self-proclaimed “republics”, etc.);

– to raise awareness on international standards and practices of the ECHR on the protection of property rights in a context of violation of those rights as a result of specific conditions, as well as the experience of the countries with property rights’ protection issues in specific conditions (Georgia, Moldova, Croatia, BiH;

– to find efficient and useful mechanisms for legal practice to ensure protection of property in specific conditions
