The EU-funded Project “Support to Justice Sector Reforms in Ukraine” aims to support consolidated justice sector-wide reforms in Ukraine

The European Union project “Support to Justice Sector Reforms in Ukraine”, together with the Ukrainian Bar Association and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine invite to take part in the round tables devoted to the discussion of the enforcement system reform issues for the enforcement of judgments and PEOs activities.

Within the framework of the event, the following two blocks will be discussed:

1) The formation of the private enforcement of court decisions in other countries. Aspects of the profession development in Ukraine.

2) Practical issues of the PEOs activities.

Among the participants of the event are: representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, judicial officials, private enforcement officers from Ukraine, Serbia and Bulgaria, as well as lawyers and legal specialists.

August 1: Kharkiv, 13, Nezalezhnosti Ave., Premises of the Kharkiv Economic Court of Appeal. Beginning at 9:30

August 3: Odessa, 29, Shevchenko Lane, Premises of the Odessa Economic Court of Appeal. Beginning at 9:30
